Species Pledge Information Session

Join conservation partners worldwide in committing to strategic, coordinated actions to recover wild populations and meet global biodiversity targets.

The Reverse the Red Species Pledge is an organisational commitment to action toward the recovery of wild populations.

The Species Pledge allows us to recognise your efforts as part of a global map of action for species. It enables us to know which threatened species have conservation action in place, and which do not. It connects and aligns the actions of civil society partners with the 196 governments that have agreed to deliver on the Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF) Goal A, and Target 4 - halting extinctions, reversing declines, and recovering populations of plant, fungi, and animals.
